I’m a writer, fact-checker, and radio-maker

based out of Montréal/Tiohtiá:ke. I grew up on Treaty 7 territory on a healthy diet of FFWD, Beatroute, CKUA and CJSW. I still have a soft spot for the power of alt-weeklies and community radio.

By day, I currently work in the marvellous, messy world of CKUT 90.3 FM. When I’m not there, I’m often writing arts and culture pieces for magazines like Point of View, RANGE, and Xtra. I love to pen profiles and report on cultural trends.

I began fact-checking while interning at Maisonneuve Magazine, and continue to fact-check on a freelance basis for publications such as Reader’s Digest, Maclean’s, The Globe and Mail, Toronto Life, Broadview, and THIS Magazine.

If you’re interested in talking about any of the above, or nothing at all, reach out! I’d love to hear from you.
